After more than 15 years, I left the traditional world of architecture and Germany behind, moved to the South of France with my family, and founded Atelier MeyCoeur, where I create sculptural artworks entirely with a 3D pen - one might call me a 3D painter.

For more than 15 years, I worked as an architect and designer, more than 10 years as a project manager for projects ranging from villas and residential buildings to office headquarters and international competitions. My career took me from Germany to France, with studies on the Politecnico di Milano, Italy, the US and professional experience in Dubai, which gave me an international perspective that continues to shape my work today.

Architecture taught me how to think in space, understand proportion and constructional structure, budgeting with time and money and transform ideas into reality. Yet over the years, I increasingly felt that the distance between what is creatively and technically possible and what is actually built had become too great. Budgets, regulations and commercial constraints often left little room for imagination.

At the same time, I found myself questioning the direction of political and societal developments in Germany. My family and I longed for a life that placed greater value on creativity, craftsmanship, nature and human connection. Instead of continuing to adapt to a system that no longer reflected my values, we decided to start a new chapter in the South of France.

That decision changed everything.

Today, my architectural background lives on in a different form. At Atelier MeyCoeur, I merge architecture and art in Art-itecture , and in my line called Liter-Art-ure I get to transform some of my thoughts on life and society into sensual sculptures. Using a 3D pen, I draw in space, creating sculptural artworks that blur the boundaries between drawing and sculpture. Every line is created by hand—making each piece completely unique.

Beyond sculptural art, I also design artistic interiors and spatial installations. Whether it is a commissioned artwork, a private residence, a boutique hotel, or a restaurant, I believe that spaces and objects should tell stories, evoke emotions and become lasting memories rather than simply fulfilling a function.
